When you play poker for real money you earn RPM VIP points. To
advance to the higher levels of the program you need to have
cleared the VIP points requirement to reach that level. The higher
the level, the greater your rewards. Each level also has an
individual monthly freeroll which increases in value for each
level. And you don't have to start from 0 each month. ALL
YOUR POINTS CARRY OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH! So you can get a higher
and higher percentage of cashback each month.
The table below shows you how to calculate and exchange
your VIP Points for cash.
Earning Points:
Remember points are earned at a rate of 10 Points per $1 in
rake
How to calculate your VIP
Level?: Easy! Your total VIP points earned during
your life time of your play at RPM less total VIP points
decayed.
Exchanging Points for
Cash: You are allowed to exchange points for cash 3
times per calendar month at your current tier and any below also.
E.g. if you are at Jack High level, you can exchange 3 lots
of 5,000 points for $150 each and 3 lots of 2,000 points for $50
etc. To cash in your points at any time, simply click
Player Admin at the bottom of the poker lobby and
then select Points Exchange from the Player Admin
menu.
Dropping VIP
Levels: You do not drop levels for exchanging
points and the only way you lose points is if you are inactive for
each period of 60 days, at which time you decay points as per the
rates in the tables. This happens EVERY 60 days you are inactive.
To avoid any deduction you only have to earn 1 VIP point in the 60
days.
Freerolls: You
will qualify for a different value of freeroll the higher the tier
you reach. Obviously there are less people in the higher freerolls
as fewer people reach these levels.

Uninstall Software and Clear Cookies
Make sure you follow step 1 and 2 below to be sure that your new
rakeback account for RPM Poker is properly set up.
- Firstly you will need to uninstall the RPM Poker software from
your computer, if applicable.
From Windows: Click Start >
Programs > RPM Poker > Uninstall RPM Poker
From Mac: Applications > Drag the
RPM Poker App to the Trash
- Secondly you need to Clear Cookies. This will remove any
cookies from RPM Poker or other affiliates from your computer. This
is important as such cookies can disrupt tracking of your
rakeback.
The rakeback deals you have at other

Once the
software is installed the lobby will appear and you will need to
